SeaGo Maritime is a digital technology platform operated by SeaGo IT Support Services FZCO (“SeaGo”, “we”, “our”).

The Platform is currently operating in a preparation and development phase. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Nature

SeaGo Maritime is an information and technology platform that allows users to create professional profiles and display maritime-related information.

SeaGo Maritime does not act as an employer, recruiter, crewing agent, broker, intermediary, or a party to any employment or recruitment relationship.

3. Preparation Phase Disclaimer

The Platform is currently in a preparation phase.

• Functionality may be limited, incomplete, or subject to change;
• Access to content, profiles, or vacancies may be restricted;
• Interaction between users may be limited or unavailable;
• No employment, hiring, or recruitment process is conducted through the Platform.

SeaGo Maritime makes no guarantees regarding job availability, employment outcomes, or future functionality.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account and provide basic information.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, and all activity conducted under their account.

5. User Content and Documents

Users may upload information, documents, or certificates to the Platform.

Users retain ownership of their content. SeaGo Maritime does not verify, authenticate, or validate user-provided information or documents. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their content.

6. No Employment, No Guarantees

SeaGo Maritime does not guarantee employment or placement, does not participate in hiring decisions, does not verify employers or seafarers, and does not endorse or recommend any user or opportunity.

Any interaction between users occurs at their own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technology on the Platform are the property of SeaGo IT Support Services FZCO or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

SeaGo Maritime shall not be liable for employment outcomes, disputes between users, loss of data or documents, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. Termination

SeaGo Maritime may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if a user violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
